"Talvela" on joulukuussa 2008 valmistunut lämpöhirsinen, tunnelmallinen ja tasokas mökki Iso-Ylläksen hiihtokeskuksen välittömässä läheisyydessä. GONDOLI 1 km.
Mökkimme sijainti on ihanteellinen aktiiviselle lomailijalle. Koko Ylläksen latuverkosto on ulottuvillasi todella vaivattomasti, latu lähtee suoraan pihasta. Hiihtokeskukseenkin on vain noin 1km, voit laskea rinteiltä mökille! Kelkkareiteille matkaa 300m. Ei lemmikkieläimiä.

Fully equipped new high quality cottage near
Ylläs Ski Resort area (1km to Gondoli lift, restautants, ski maintenance etc.) Illuminated skitrack 30 m.
In addition to the basic equipment:
air-conditioning, warm storeroom / ski waxing room, children friendly.
This new cottage is 75m2. Space for max. 8 persons. Location is Kevätpiiponkatu 5A (next to Rinnetalvela). This is new cottage is build Dec 2008.
Our cottage is very close to ski resort Ylläs. Closest slope is 700meters, you can ski straigh from slope to cottage. Skiing trails are located by the cottage (50 meters). The cottage is one of the closest to the mointain ski resort. At 1 km distance you will find all the skiing services ( e.g. Gondoli lift, several restaurants ). But even thou it is very close to everything, it is very peaceful and quiet spot, great with children specially.
It is new, well equipmented, and nicely decorated. Basicly cabin has every modern househall equipment: Washing machines (kitchen ware & chothes), drying closet, coffee maker, fridge, flat iron&board, DigiTV (flat), DVD player, separate warm room for ski services/maintenance, sauna, shower, all the kitchen ware for cooking and sitting, microwave, oven etc. There is a beautiful fireplace (logs
included in the price), fell view...)
Talvela has 1 separate bedroom in downstairs and also 1 separate bedroom in upstairs both are for 2 persons with closets for clothes and things and in addition in upstairs there is one separate sleeping area, beds for 2 and mattresses for 2 persons.
For small kids there is a travel style cot (bed for babies), potty and highchair.
Then we also have sleds to have fun with the snow ;-)
Scenery windows, open high living room and kitchen, bedroom downstairs and in loft, washing room, sauna, 2 x toilet (one in downstairs and one in upstairs).
