Luhtitalo's upstairs apartment next to the ski slopes at the beginning of the Maisematie (Landscape Road) offers comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people. Ylläs ski slopes with their services can be found 1.5 km away and you can get to the cross country ski trails directly from the yard. A ski-bus stop can be found about 200 m away. Snowmobile routes depart directly from the yard.
The apartment has beds for four to six people. Downstairs are the entrance hall, living room / kitchen, bedroom with double bed, as well as toilets and sauna facilities. In upstairs there are two single beds and a private toilet. There is also a sofa bed upstairs.
The apartment has all the basic necessities: microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, washing machine, drying cabinet and and television on both floors. We have also catered for children and the apartment has a travel cot, high chair and potty. There is a child gate on the stairs leading upstairs.
