Mainiosti varusteltu ja siisti huoneisto (esim. monipuoliset keittiötarvikkeet ja mausteet sekä extra varustelua kuten kirjoja, termospulloja, lautapelejä, pulkka, rattikelkka, autopistoke jne). Ainoa miinus oli vanhahko hella/uuni, koska laitoimme isolle perheelle 2 lämmintä ateriaa joka päivä. Sijainti: hiihtoladut tosi lähellä ja pihasta asti pystyi hiihtämään, koska ei ollut häiritsevää hiekoitusta. Laskettelumäki ja kauppa sopivan lähellä autoilevalle. Kommunikointi omistajan kanssa oli erittäin nopeaa ja sujuvaa.
