A beautiful villa built in 2019 with 4 bedrooms. 180 m² accommodates big groups and is therefore suitable for business purposes as well as families with kids. Very good location – ski tracks just around the corner, 1 km to the ski lifts where is also located spa, restaurants, bowling etc.
Villa has open concept kitchen livingroom and 4 bedrooms (one downstairs, three upstairs). There are extra bed and one chair-bed for one. Travel bed for kids. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be attached to each other if needed. Spacious sauna where you will have very good "löyly" (comes from the sauna stove when you throw water to it) . Big terraces and big balcony.
Ylläs is a perfect place to enjoy the real Lapland experience. The nature surrounds you everywhere and provides many ways to enjoy it. During summer you can go trekking, hunting or fishing, or grab a fat bike and just explore. In autumn, hiking is the best way to enjoy the fall colors. On the other hand, you could just sit back and listen to the surrounding silence.
