This cottage was built among forests with great love for nature and attention to quality. The holiday village area is 12 hectares on the edge of lake Iso-Ruhmas, good place for swimming, fishing and boat trips. The shore is sandy and gently sloping at first, allowing the water in summer warms up quickly. The water is very clear, as the lake refilled by underground springs.

Villa Anna is a new, clean, comfortable and cozy cottage. Inside is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with fireplace; sauna with woodstove, shower/ utility room, indoor WC. Sleeps: 5 (4 in two twin bedrooms and 1-2 double sofa bed). There is underfloor automatic heating system (all the house area). Firewood also provided. Outside is a half-covered terrace, patio, storage and grill in the yard.
The minimum rental period is 2 nights on the advance payment basis. After making a reservation, the customer will receive invoice and a description of the destination and the key contact information.
Cancellation: reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. You will be charged the first night if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival. If you do not arrive, you will be charged the total price of the reservation. Non-payment is not a cancellation. Cancellation/modification is ALWAYS done in writing form.
Check-in time from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure checkout before 11:30 unless otherwise agreed.
Accommodation price includes tableware, water and electricity, as well as toilet/kitchen paper, cleaning equipment and materials (start-kit), Wi-Fi, firewood and a rowboat using (summer).
Bed linen and towels - € 20/pers (advance reservation) or guests can bring their own saving money. A cleaning fee of € 45 is always added to the rental price.
Pets are not allowed. Indoor smoking is prohibited. Only family holidays, no Guest holds parties or events!
