Kiitoksia mukavista ja siisteistä puitteista lomallemme vk 9. Olemme majoittuneet vuodesta 2012 useasti pienemmällä tai isommalla porukalla tässä kohteessa.
Aina olemme olleet puitteisiin tyytyväisiä. Mökki on hyvällä paikkaa ja riittävän tilava. Uudet lämpöpumput kaipaa yksinkertaisia ohjeita suomeksi.

Viihtyisä keittiö ja erinomainen ruokailutila, joka sopii isollekin ryhmälle.

Ilmoituksessa luki 7 makuuhuonetta. Todellisuudessa sellaisia makuuhuoneita, joissa on seinät ja ovi, eikä läpikulkua muihin tiloihin, oli laskujemme mukaan kuitenkin vain 5. Huomattavaa myös, että kellarin makuuhuoneista kulku yläkerroksiin on ulkokautta. Kellari on erillinen tila. Mökin ainoa TV on yläkerran aulassa.

Suosittelemme lukemaan ilmoituksen tarkkaan, että ei tule yllätyksiä.

The cottage is otherwise good, but there were some negative experiences we had -

1. advertisement states that there are 7 bedrooms. In reality, that is not the case. There are actually 5 bedrooms only. Owner assumes that living room/kitchen and loft areas also as bedrooms. We find that bit illogical.
2. The cottage is actually split into two separate areas. Downstairs cottage area is accessible only from outside which was inconvenient when outside temperatures were -25 degrees.
3. The bedroom in upper cottage had a bunkbed with 2 beds. It was almost impossible to use the top bed because there was hardly any gap between that and roof. Also, the sofa bed in downstairs cottage living area was not good. We were 19 people and we were supposed to use that for 2 people. But it could not be used even for one. One of us slept on the floor with spare mattress. The cottage would be good for max 15 people and not 19 as mentioned in the ad.
4. Hot water was almost running out after 2-3 people went to shower for short time. Downstairs cottage situation was especially bad when hot water was running out very fast and there was only freezing water for many hours. Some of us had to skip shower due to that.
5. Owner had provided his contact if we needed some help. But he never answered my calls nor sent any message. We had issues with hot tub due to very cold weather. To our surprise, he called back one of our friends. He didn't interact with him before. It felt like he was not interested in supporting existing customers, but only called back new number expecting that someone else is interested in renting cottage or some other reason perhaps. This unfortunately creates trust deficit.
6. Heating poles were available only for 4 cars and autokatos was filled with stuff. So, only one car could be parked there. In very cold weather, this becomes an issue, like it affected us.

We have shared all our inputs and recommendations to the owner via email and I hope he takes notice of that. We haven't got any ack from him yet.
