Räyskälä Lake Apartment is an apartment located in the west end of Räyskälä Grand Villa and is rented both separately as well as part of the Räyskälä Grand Villa. PLEASE NOTICE that Räyskälä Lake Apartment is rentable separately when reserved 6 weeks (42 days) at earliest before arrival.
Räyskälä Lake Apartment has a total area of 170 m2 and it grants a gorgeous view over the naturally beautiful Lake Kaartjärvi. In addition, there is a scenery terrace on the lake side of the apartment with two wood-heated hot tubs.
Accommodation: Räyskälä Lake Apartment offers bed places for up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms. The apartment has a mini kitchen and two 55” wide screen TV’s. The TV:s are located in living kitchen and living room. They can also be used as presentation screens. Naturally, there is a wireless internet access available for our guests throughout the apartment without any additional cost.

Sauna, Shower and Toilet Facilities: Räyskälä Lake Apartment includes a spacious sauna facility located on the first floor which offers relaxation for 15 guests at once. The sauna facility has also a jacuzzi and a direct access to the scenery terrace’s hot tubs’ warmth and a chance for a refreshing dip in the Lake Kaartjärvi!
The sauna facility has 2 showers and toilets. In addition, there are 2 more toilets on the second floor.
Fishing, Boating and Paddling: Räyskälä Lake Apartment is located on the shoreline of Lake Kaartjärvi which makes it effortless to go fishing, boating or paddling on the peaceful lake. During Winter the lake is obviously used for ice-fishing, cross-country skiing and ice-skating. We’ll gladly organize fishing guidance so be sure to ask for more information!
Grilling: There is a movable coal-heated grill available in the yard (we ask you to bring your own coal). In addition, there is an atmospheric grilling shelter down by the lake with a brick-built fireplace.
Hiking Trail: Räyskälä Lake Apartment has a designated hiking trail mostly for snowless periods of the year. You can borrow a map from the apartment. In addition, Loppi’s Poronpolku trail is just a few hundred meters away.
