Villitaimenenranta is a stylish and luxurious villa located by the beautiful Merikarvia river. A private beach and the peace of nature will crown you’re stay. In the villa you’ll find high-class materials, a well-equipped kitchen and modern decoration to meet the demands of today. It is ideally suited for private use as well corporate representational use from holidays to meetings all year round. There is a good road all the way to the villa.
The villa of 70m2 has two separate bed-rooms, one with a twin bed and the other with two separate beds, both stylishly decorated to ensure you a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a modern equipment including an induction stove, dish washer, fridge and a freezer. The tableware is for twelve. In the villa you’ll also find a washing machine, a TV and a heater/cooler for perfect indoor temperature. A fireplace and the glass walls bring the charm of nature inside the house no matter what the weather is outside. The outdoor terrace has weather proof furniture and a barbecue.
Down by the river is a 30m2 cottage with a sauna, a bedroom for two and a small kitchen with tableware for 6. The glass wall in the sauna gives you a breathtaking scenery whilst enjoying the heat induced by burning wood. We are sure your soul will rest in this magic place.
The beach is suitable for children and the wood-heated bath-tub can be used all year round. The Merikarvia river offers excellent fishing opportunities and along the river you can go all the way to the open sea and the sunny archipelago of Oura.
Attention! Check-in 14.00 (2pm) and check-out 12.00 (noon). Changeover day is Sunday. Only weekly rentals from june to august.
