Have you dreamed of a summer week at a manor on the shores of Lake Saimaa? An idyllic Kylälahti manor near Mikkeli is to rent next summer from 1 May to 19 June 2021 and from 21 August to 25 September 2021 for family use only. No pets. No smoking.

In the manor 280m2 on one level with 5 separate bedrooms (12 beds in total), also a travel cot and high chair for baby can be provided. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dining room and very large living room with TV. A separate toilet and shower room, also a washing machine can be found. A Wi-Fi connection allows even remote work.

Private beach and no neighbors nearby. Spacious beach sauna, lots and a shallow sandy beach, which is also suitable for the little ones of the family. In the sauna lobby there is also a double sofa bed. Rowing boat and kayak on the beach. Barbecue, fireplace and trampoline. An extensive courtyard allows for versatile activities.

The weekly rent on Sat-Sat is 1500 € / week from early summer and 1200 € / week from late summer. Rent incl. cube of firewood, price of an additional cube 60 €. 200 € / week at an additional cost for the use of a motor boat (60 hp; petrol at your own cost). Own sheets and towels. In addition to the rent, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of € 75 per time.

You can also inquire about possible loose weeks between July 3 and August 21, 2121, € 1750 / week.

Vietimme täällä viime kesänä viikon perheen ja sukulaisten kanssa. Tänne mahtuu isompikin porukka. Hyvin varusteltu ja siisti kartano, tunnelmallinen. Lapsille puuhaa mm iso trampoliini, lautapelejä ja jännä ympäristö. Iso piha. Laituri ja ranta kaipaisi vähän kunnostusta, mutta hyvä uimapaikka kuitenkin. Omistajan kanssa helppo kommunikoida.
