Brand-new Villa Kivitarha is ready to accomodate families and couples who appreciate peaceful cottage life next to a clear watered lake Kukkia.
Villa Kivitarha is built 2014 and it is located on a quiet lakeside plot where the sun shines from dawn well into the late afternoon. The cottage area is 72 m2 and it contains livingroom, kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet, bathroom and sauna with access to a large terrace. The bedrooms have beds for four people. Spare bed available for two if needed.
The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with modern conveniences. The kitchen has extensive cooking facilities and tableware for six people.
There is a rain shower, washing machine and drying cabinet in the bathroom. Sauna has a wood-burning stove.
Next to the beach there is a separate lakeside sauna, which is available during the summer. There are spare bed for two in this building.
Price during high season 1150 EUR / week. A week including Mid Summers Eve 1450 €. Cleaning after rental 100 eur and sheets + towels 10 € / person. Reservation fee 30 % upon booking, final payment 2 weeks before the rental period starts.
Pets are unfortunately not welcome.
