The cottage you are looking for is located at the Mallasvesi beach in Pälkäne. The Villa Ryysyranta can be rented all year round.

Ryysyranta is a 100 m2 beach house. Here you can enjoy sunshine from morning till night. The cottage has an open kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a separate toilet, a utility room and a wood-heated sauna.

In the bedrooms you will find quilts and pillows for six people. The cottage has a double bed, a bunk bed and two spare beds, a sofa, two guest mattresses and a baby travel bed. Linens and towels are provided by the tenant.

The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen has a good cooking equipment and tableware for ten people. Smaller guests have a high chair. The utility room has a washing machine and outside you find a gas grill. In the cottage there is a fireplace, an air heat pump / air conditioner and underfloor heating. Part of the cottage's electricity is produced on its own solar panels. We have also compost for bio waste.

The beach is sandy and shallow, making it ideal for families with children. You can spend the summer time on the terrace or on the beach while swiming in the hot tub or going in the sauna.

We have also a rowing boat and six different sized lifejackets.

Weekly rentals vary depending on the time. Tenants are responsible for the final cleaning. The final cleaning can also oder separately from a local company for 150 €. Booking deposit is 40% and the final payment have to make no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period. The changeover day is usually Sunday, but it can be flexed when the charging situation so permits.
