Joutsen is a cozy cottage on the shore of clean and fish-rich lake Simpele. It is suitable for year round living. Joutsen was renovated in 1990. The cottage has got room for 4 + 2 people. Floor area of the cottage: 92/70 m2 including a lounge with a kitchen, a fireplace room, a bedroom, a sauna with a wood burning stove, a bathroom and a dressing room. Distance to the beach is 20 m. There is also a good big yard for kids or pets to play.

During summer season (18.6.-20.8.2016) a booking period is one week starting and ending typically on Saturday. A reservation for a week allows you to start your stay at 4pm on the day of arrival, with ending at noon on the day of departure. A reservation for a weekend allows you to start your stay at 4pm on Friday, with ending at 6pm on Sunday.

Mökin ikä huomioiden vain normaalia kulumista havaittavissa. Mökki oli todella siisti jääkaappia ja muita säilytys tiloja myöten. Varustelu täysin riittävä. Sijainti aivan mahtava. Ranta, pihanurmikko ja muu piha-alue hyvin hoidettuja ja viihtyisiä. Vieressä sijaitseva pelto lisäsi mukavasti liikkuma alaa, ainakin koira oli mielissään. Omistajan kanssa varaukset ja mökin esittely sujuivat mutkattomasti.

Очаровательный прекрасно оборудованный коттедж , рекомендую для отдыха с маленькими детьми , вход в озеро пологий с песчаным дном , даже маленькие дети могут купаться. Есть отличное место для шашлыка с крышей и столиком прямо на берегу. есть Коптильня. Маршруты для хайкинга начинаются прямо от коттеджа.
