Luxurious villa Hiekkaranta is located in Parikkala in South Karelia (distance to Svetogorsk 70km). From the living room opens a breathtaking view to lake Simpelejärvi through the wide windows.

Hiekkaranta was completed in 2018 and is furnished modernly to a high standard. There are four bedrooms having room for about 8 people (one downstairs and threeupstairs). Both floors have an own toilet. In downstairs the living room is spacious having a big sofa, television (Procaster 55 inches, , an open-concept kitchen and a big dining table. In the same floor there are also wood-fired sauna ..4g WiFi (50-110 Mhz) is included.

Hiekkaranta is a fabulous place for example for a family holiday with children, get-together with friends, a birthday party or a relaxing weekend in natural landscape. There are plenty of activities available for every season. You can take a peaceful walk in the nature, go fishing, pick mushrooms and berries on autumn, swim in a lake, enjoy sauna, have a barbecue on the terrace, go skiing.

Ihana viikko vietettiin tällä mökillä auringosta nauttien. Sekä aikuiset, että lapset tykkäsivät mökistä ja ympäristöstä. Terassi, parveke ja rantasauna olivat ihanat. Kaunista ja siistiä myös. Erityiskiitos luotettavuudesta. Viesteihin vastattiin viiveettä ja puhelimeen aina. Ystävällistä palvelua!

Vietimme ihanan loman kahden teinini kanssa täällä. Huvila on tilava ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Ihanat maisemat ja omaa rauhaa kympin edestä. Marjastimme, soutelimme, pelasimme mölkkyä ja uimme ja ihana rantasauna lämpeni joka ilta! Näimme myös paljon lintuja- tältä mökiltä ei näe muita naapureita. Omistaja kommunikoi hyvin ja tuli apuun puolessa tunnissa kun onnistuimme lukitsemaan itsenme ulos mökistä! Toiveissamme on palata Hiekkarantaan uudestaan mahdollisimman pian.

Mökki on erinomainen. Ei savupirttiromantiikkaa kaipaaville, mutta jos haluat helppoutta, siisteyttä ja erinomaisesti varusteltua mökkiä, tämä on sellainen. Ei kalpene yhtään Rukan tai Levin luksusmökeille. Sauna on mukava ja helppo lämmittää. Löylyt pehmeät ja miellyttävät. Järveen pääsee hyväkuntoisen laiturin ansiosta mainiosti ja turvallisesti. Palvelut ovat kohtalaisen lähellä (10 km suunnilleen), ja Melkoniemessä voi nauttia luonnon rauhasta. Hyvä kalavedet. Isäntä mukava ja vastaa nopeasti kysymyksiin. Meillä sujui kaikkiaan lapsiperheen näkökulmasta mökkiviikko paremmin kuin hyvin.
