Atmospheric 1.5-storey cottage on the shores of the clean and clear Ylä-Rääveli. Quiet location. The cottage is made of hand-carved, old log. Fully equipped, dishwashers and washing machines, indoor toilet.
Downstairs there is a bedroom and a living room / kitchen. The corner sofa in the downstairs living room kitchen is easily accessible by a bed (120 cm). The living room kitchen has an air source heat pump. There is a fan upstairs. The living room / kitchen also has a fireplace.
Upstairs there are beds for 4-5 people (1x140 cm and 3x80 cm beds). Please note that the stairs leading upstairs are steep.
The sauna (wood stove) and the dressing room are accessed via a porch. The water closet is also located here.
There is a ladder to the water from the spacious pier. The water depth at the end of the pier is about 110 cm. In addition, next to the cottage is a shallow, sandy beach (on the other side of the yard).
In the courtyard there is a summer kitchen, a barbecue area and a lot (located on the porch in front of the cottage). The summer kitchen also has a fridge and a small freezer (holds a few ice creams) and a gas grill. There are radiant heaters above the outdoor table in the summer kitchen.
In addition, there is a barn with two single beds (80 cm) in the courtyard.
