The spacious representative cottage Ruka is located 500m from the lower station of the Masto lift and the distance to the illuminated ski track is approx. 250m. The office space/living room is decorated in a timeless, French/English country style. The lower and upper floors are of Finnish fell cottage style. The well-equipped main kitchen and representation/dining areas are suitable for a group of 17-19 people. Sleeping facilities in 5 bedrooms are enough for 15-17 people and if agreed separately, a few extra beds can be placed in larger bedrooms. In this case, the living room kitchen in the basement has been converted into a bedroom and the lobby space on the top floor serves as an extensive sleeping area. The upper floor consists of representative rooms on two floors living room+kitchen 3mh+tk+s+2toilet+ph+hallway (127m2). In addition, two independently operated apartments can be found on the bottom floor. The first unit consists of a kitchen-kitchen-bedroom+bathroom +tk+s+wc (80m2). Then there is a 40m2 multifunctional apartment with its own entrance for living and hobbies. The property is ideal for accommodation for companies, multi-family, sports groups or a large group of friends thanks to the partially modifiable spaces. An option is available for a 7-person hot tub 450e/week or 250€/week (One heating from cold to hot and maintenance) In the summer of 2019, a separate 3-4 car canopy and snowmobile/ski maintenance facilities have been completed in the yard. Breakfast, lunch or 3-course dinner can be arranged either with a waiter or brought to the venue by a separate order. In the off season, the downstairs unit is 900€ per week or 150€/day min 2days. A total of 6-7 cars, plenty of snowmobiles or motorhomes with a separate electric contract are suitable for the yard and carport. Electric car charging option with either light current (16A) or power current (max 3*25A). Charging costs 40c/kwh and must be agreed in advance. For groups of less than 9 people, the upper floor can be rented only at a 30% discount, subject to availability. Priority is given to renters of the entire cottage. In summer, the apartment on the lowest floor is popular with nature hikers during the summer. You also put a text message on booking inquiries to my number for a quick response. The post in the net cabin does not always work. An inspection fee of 35€ has been introduced for self-help customers, so Ruka911 professionals visit to check the final cleaning result to avoid surprises. For large groups, attention should be paid to the heating system of two separate warm water, one upstairs and the other in the basement apartment. Both are rated for normal use of 9 people

Booking and cancellation terms
We comply with the general terms and conditions of cottage rental.
The booking fee to be paid at the time of booking removes the item from the rental lists of the online cottage. The fee binds the landlord to the rental of each period. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, 2vk before rental 50% of the final payment is refundable.

Payment terms
Booking fee of approx. 30% of the total rental amount is paid one week after booking.
The balance is paid to the same account 1 month before the rental, in which case the key box code and cabin instructions are provided by spost.

Damages and deposits
Damages happen. They must be notified by messages to the landlord either immediately to avoid further damage or at the end of the period
