- Includes every household appliances, that you need!
- Outdoor jacuzzi with a terrace in the shore of the lake.
- You have the chance to rent electric bikes and an electric engine for the rowing boat.
- The villa will be carbon neutral and the electricity will be produced mainly with solar panels in future. If the electricity consumption is larger than the capacity of the panels, Eco - electricity from the finnish electricity network is used.
- There will be an identical villa under construction in the neighbor, however there will be no disturbances.
- During season time the jacuzzi, end - cleaning and the bed linen are included in the prize. Outside of season the prices are 250e per week for jacuzzi, 150e for end - cleaning and 15e per bed linen.
