The villa is a year-round accommodation with modern comfort, an amazing experience in the unique archipelago landscape of Taivassalo. With stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view directly from the terrace to the sunset, you can experience a unique splendor of colour and peace among friends. The atrium courtyard and the partially covered outdoor terrace naturally continue the spacious interior. The villa was completed at the end of 2015 and measures 140 m2. The villa is about 10 kilometers from the center of Taivassalo. We have proper boat docks where you can also arrive by boat.
The villa does not have its own beach
In the area, about 200 m away, there is a rather large pier where you can attach a boat and swim from the stairs.
EQUIPMENT: Willa has a kitchen designed for demanding tastes, where a cupsolo and ordinary coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, oven, microwave, tableware for 8 people awaits you. Cooking dishes and utensils and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing table and iron. The villa has 2 toilets, an electric sauna and 2 showers. The living room has a 45" TV and fiber optic internet access. There are three bedrooms, all with a double bed and an additional 2 beds are arranged with an extra bed. (baby equipment can be arranged if requested in advance)
In case of cool air, you can warm up in the blaze of the fireplace. The villa has a large atrium terrace where you can spend memorable moments. You can grill and eat at the proper dining table and feel the sea breeze whipping your face. The atrium has a gas grill. You can also rent regardless of the seasons. The installed outdoor lighting ensures that it is possible to move around the area even after dark. The area has its own maintained road network. The villa is a semi-detached house but privacy is ensured by the arrangement and the design of both villas. In the area, about 200 m away, there is a rather large pier where you can attach a boat. Possibility for 14 boats. The pier has water and electricity and the possibility of lowering and lifting the boat. From the pier you can swim up to the swimming stairs. The villa does not have its own beach. The renter must be of legal age. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. At the end of the rental: All dishes should be washed.
